Location is key
Location, Location, Location
Whether you are new to Coweta or a native it can be hard to find just the right spot for your shoot. I'm always on the look out for a cool spot that is accessible, beautiful and well lit. I'm going to share some images below and explain why each spot was chosen!
Often times a client has an idea of what they want. If you have a one hour session we will stay close to the spot we start. That means parking in a downtown and walking to find pockets of space that will work or going to a field and exploring there. The first three images demonstrate urban areas , the next show a bit more fall and the final three are full on fall! I have found that fall foliage peaks in the beginning of November. We can't always get it perfect, but we can use lighting and wardrobe to make sure your vision is achieved.

I love this spot for an urban shoot. Believe it or not it's at a government building just off of the square in Downtown Newnan. I love the brick and the long lines from the building's structure. This is a great option for a slightly rainy or grey day.
This is in Downtown Senoia down the "famous" corridor. You can almost always find a photographer using this alleyway. I love the brick for fall it adds some Autumnal elements without showing off!
This is a wall located in Trillith in Fayetteville. This small village has quickly become a hot spot for photography because of the diverse options for images.
A perfect spot in Senoia and I love how the fall leaves peak through in the background. If you don't know, they filmed The Walking Dead in this town and this girl was a big fan so went walking around and found some awesome spots!
Let's keep the same subject from above and move to a new outfit and a warm background . Ryan went from urban street casual to Hallmark lumberjack! The warm tones of this image and the chopped wood all lend to the idea that fall is coming !
This was in a field between Newnan and Trillith. It was awesome to hop in the car and drive here to catch the dreamy golden hour of the evening.
This was taken on The Link in Newnan! An awesome trail that works it's way through Newnan. This spot was on the mountain bike portion. I love the windy trail and crunchy leaves.
I love this spot. It's located in a neighborhood in Newnan and the wooden path leads straight to a peaceful lake. It was perfect for fall.
If all else fails, pick a park! This was shot near the lake in Summer Grove. We are very fortunate to have this spot so close to us. I love the falling leaves, the natural elements that are the rocks and the lake in the distance.
